Appraisals are based on time, expertise, documentation, and research already completed

Returns or exchanges on jewelry purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis for store credit
Items must be in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase
Certain items, including estate pieces, antique jewelry, and special orders, may be final sale
