Custom Jewelry

  • All custom jewelry designs, including redesigned or repurposed pieces, are final sale

  • Custom work is created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged

Jewelry Repairs

  • Repair services are non-refundable once work has begun

  • If you have questions or concerns about a repair, we encourage you to contact us so we can address them promptly

Appraisals

  • Appraisal services are non-refundable

  • Appraisals are based on time, expertise, documentation, and research already completed

Jewelry Sales

  • Returns or exchanges on jewelry purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis for store credit

  • Items must be in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Certain items, including estate pieces, antique jewelry, and special orders, may be final sale
